FruitTree Direct launched in October 2026, so our review page is starting from a clean slate — on purpose. Every review published here will come from a verified order on this store. We don't buy reviews, we don't pay for positive ones, and we won't fill this page with quotes we wrote ourselves.
That means there are no customer reviews here yet — and we would rather show you an honest empty page than a polished page we made up. As our first trees arrive, settle in, and leaf out, this page will grow with real experiences from real growers.
How reviews will work here
After each order is delivered, we email the buyer an invitation to review the plant, its condition on arrival and how it settles in. For bare-root and dormant plants, we also follow up in spring, because a tree that hasn't leafed out yet can't be judged fairly.
We welcome honest reviews — including the ones that point out where we can do better. A review is most helpful when it tells future growers what arrived, how it looked, and how it grew.
